In sharing the common goal of quality pre-hospital patient care which most effectively integrates medical direction, quality improvement, education and research, it is deemed to the mutual advantage and benefit of the respective parties, their constituency and their purpose, to facilitate a medical direction relationship. ADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED Allows the Saint Paul Fire Department Paramedic program to continue to provide emergency ambulance services. Necessary training and quality assurance services would be made available to the City. DISADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED .
