THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l. That the "Memorandum of Understanding" applying to certain "Unclassified Employees" of the City of St. Paul not belong- ing to a certified bargaining unit and which was adopted October 16, 1975 as Council File 266127 by Ordinance 15899, is hereby amended by deleting in paragraph 5C the phrase "$50,000 for property damage" and inserting in lieu and in place thereof the phrase "$25,000 for property damage." - Section 2.
