RESOLVED, that a Release of All Claims having been executed
by Robert A. Mobroten and Great Central Insurance Company for
the consideration of $960.00, and by Paul L. Anderson and Farmers
Insurance Group for the consideration of $1,446.87, as a result
of a collision occurring on April 30, 1975 on Case Street near
Payne Avenue between a City owned vehicle and a parked vehicle
owned by Robert A. Mobroten and Paul L. Anderson respectively,
and the City Attorney having decided that the City is liable
for the damages resulting from said collisions and having
approved said Releases, the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized and directed to pay to Robert A. Mobroten and Great
Central Insurance Company the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty ($960. 00)
Dollars, and to Paul L. Anderson and Farmers Insurance Group
the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred Forty-six and 87/100
($1,446.87) , out of Tort Liability Fund No. 09070-420-000
in full settlement of their claims.
