RE50LVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
1. Dr. Janis Rozentals and Gunta Rosentals the sum of
$30.00 in full settlement of their claim of damages
sustained on or about June 6, 1975, as more particu-
larly set out in a communication to the City Council
on July 31, 1975.
2. Margaret J. Snow the sum of $75.00 �.n full settle-
ment of her cla im of damages susta ined on or ab�ut
May 20, 1975, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on August 12, 1975.
3. Donald Carroll the sum of $49.00 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about
September 23, 1975, as more parti,cularly set out in
a communicati�n to the City Council on November 18,
1975.

CLAIMS AGAINST THS CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY DR. JANIS ROZSNTALS AND GUNTA ROZENTALS;
MARGARET J. SNOW; AND DONALD CARROLL
Claimants, Dr. Janis Rozentals and Gunta Rozentals,
request reimbursement for damages to their sidewalk
which occurred while city forestry crews were trimming
trees at 2378 Como Avenue on June 6, 1975. Liability
is on the part of the City. This office approves the
settlement of the Rosentals' claim in the amount of
$30.00.
Claimant, Margaret J. Snow, requests reimbursement for '
medical bills incurred when she fell on a city side-
walk at or about West 6th Street and College Avenue
on May 20, 1975. Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. Snow' s claim
in the amoutn of $75 .00.
Claimant, Donald Carroll, requests reimbursement for
his steel railing that was damaged when city forestry
crews were trimming trees at 1242 Stanford on September 23,
1975. Liability is on the part of the City. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. Carroll' s claim in the
amount of $49.00.
