RESOLVID, that the City Council hereby authorized and directs the proper City
off'icials to renew the existing contract between the City of Saint Paul, Independent School
District #625 and Ramsey Health Plan, Incorporated, and be it
FURTH�t RESOLYID, that the City and Independent School District �625 sha17. pay
$25.07 toward the costs of dependents' monthly premium cost and the employee shall pay the
balance of �s monthly premium cost in the amount of $25.08 and be it
FINALLY RESOLVID, that the City Clerk shall. be instructed to send a copy of this
resolution to Ramsey Health Plan, Incorporated.
