WHEREAS, The Minnesota State Department of Agriculture has awarded the
City of Saint Paul and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board a grant
for the purpose of paying for one-half the cost of constructing and equipping
a wood recycling center; now,therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
authorize the transfer of $115,000 from the dedicated fund balance Dutch ��—
Elm Disease Control ( 3912) to an account entitled Wood Utilization and
Processing Center (fund number to be assigned) to be used for the design,
purchase of equipment, and construction of the wood utilization and

processing facility.
