The owners of record are Wayzata Enterprises, 1920 E. Shore Drive, Wayzata, Minnesota and J. E. Blomquist, 360 N. Robert St. , St. Paul , Minnesota 55101. The legal description of the property is Lot 21, Block 3, Swift's Subdivision of Blocks 2 and 3. The Housing and Redevelapment Authority is not in the process of ac- quiring or intending to acquire this propertg. This entire building including the plumbing, electrical and heating systems has been vandalized and is in a dilapidated and hazardous con- dition. The limestone foundation is cracked and broken, the first floor joists are rotten, the plaster broken and missing throughout, the roof is old and leaking, the porches are sagging and the steps are missing in the rear, the interior stairways are broken and in a dangerous condition.
