WHEREAS, this grant has been extended through December 31, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Police Department needs to increase the 2001 financing and spending
plan for this grant; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that
there are available for appropriation funds of $102,309 in excess of those es6mated in the 2001 budget; and
