DAL� STREET from Sherburne Avenue to North 80 feet; acquire a permanent
easement for st�eet and highway purposes on, over and across the foitowing
described land; the South 80 feet of Lot 16 and South 80 feet of West 2
feet of Lot 17, Block 1 , Subdivision of Btock l3, Stinson's Division in
St. Paul of the Fdorthwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 29, Range 23.
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT
This �roperty is on the northeast corner of Dale Street and Sherburne
Avenue, and is immediately north of where the Dale Street paving project
and R.O.W. acquisition ended this year (P-0448A) . The R.O.W. will
eventually be required for the improving of Daie Street from Sherburne
Avenue to Minnehaha Avenue.
The fami ly at this resiclence, through the Rroject Administrator for H.R.A.
in the ihomas-Dale area, has requested acquisition on a hardship basis.
irspection of the house was m,ade by the City Building Depa�tment and the
H. R.A. , ��ith the finding that the house is unfit for rehabilitation.

The estimated cost of acquisition, relocation and demolition is $35,00(?,00,
and witi be finan�ed with M,micipal 9tate Aid Funds.
