It is proposed that each of the follosiing lots or parcels be assessed as follawa: Lot Block Addition AssessmenC Within twenty daya after the order adopting the assessiment, any person maq apgeel to the District Court by filing a notice of appeal with the Citq Cler4c stating the grounda upon which the .sppeal is taken. Such notice shall be filed With the Clerk of the Distrizt Court within ten days after the filing with the Citq Clerk. (Charter Section 14.01.4) Failure to file the required notices within time� specified shall forever prohibit an appeal from the assessmeat. You are fnvited to meet with the technical advisars in the City Council Chambers between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. the same day as the hearing. For additional informatfon, please call the Department of Co�nunity Services at 298-4828. Tt is further recommended that you attend this public hearing to afford you the opQortunity to make your views, both pro and con, knoWn to the City Council.
