WHEREAS, The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Saint Paul,
§§ 60.100-64.221, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code became
effective on October 24, 1975; and
WHEREAS, � 64.201 of the Legislative Code established a
Board of Zoning Appeals to perform duties and exercise powers
as provided by law; and
WHEREAS� Pursuant to � Fi4.201, the Board shall consist of
seven (7) members appointed by the Mayor with the consent of
the Council; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the following person, as a qualified elector
of the City of Saint Paul, be appointed to the Board of Zoning
Appeals, for a term to expire as herein provided:
