WHEREAS, Mr. Dale Graf, 1271 South McKnight Road, St.
Paul, has ma.de application for a Building �ontractor's License
under Ordinance No. 15714; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Graf's application ha.s been delayed for a
period of time pending various hearings, investigation and
negotiations concerning unfulfilled contractua.l obligations;
and
WHEREAS� Mr. Graf owes on previous building contracts
$199.00 to Mr. Richa.rd Kopecky; $169.31 to Mr. William Lee, -
Sr. ; $250.00 to Julie Hanson; and $635.00 to the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority for the account of Thomas Hargrave; and
WHEREAS, negotiations have been completed between applicant
and his counsel, and representatives of the Office of Consumer
Affairs and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for the
issuance of a license with several restrictive conditions, listed
below, all of which are agreeable to the applicaxtt; now�
therefore, be it __
RESOLVED, that Mr. Dale Graf be issued a Building Con-
tractor's License, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the licensee shall only engage in the business
or work of Concrete Ma.sonry and Finish Cement Contractor, and
that his Building Contractor' s License is so limited; and
2. That the licensee shall pay to the Housing and Re-
development Authority for disbursement to the above creditors
the sum of $1,253.31, of which $618.31 is payable on or before
January 1, 1976, with the balance to be thereafter paid at the

rate of $50.00 per month, p�yable on the first day of each
month, with the rema.ining balance payable on or before
August l, 1976; and
3. That the licensee complete the work re quired in his
contract with Carl Roth no later than June 1, 1976; and
4. That the licensee shall furnish the License Inspector
with the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all persons
he has contracted with in St. Paul
and; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the limitation contained in Condition
No. 1 may be removed by the City Council upon satisfactory proof
of compliance with the provisions of Conditions 2, 3 and 4; and
upon being satisfied that the licensee has, with respect to all
persons in Condition No. 4, completed all work satisfactorily
in compliance�with the terms of contract and �omplied with
applicable federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and
ordina.nces.
