MEMORAI�DUM OF AGREEI+�NT
This Memorandum of Agreement by and between the City of Saint Paul and the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 110.
In f1i11 settlement oP lg'r4 negotiations, the parties hereto have agreed as
follows:
1. Except as herein modified, the Agreement between the parties,
entered into March 14, lgTS, shall be the basis of the forthcoming
Lsbor Agreement.
2. Appendix C of seid Agreement shall be replaced with Appendix C Which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. Appendix F is attached hereto and made part of said Agreement.
It is understood that the above settlement shall be recommended by the City
Negatistor, but is subject to approval by the City Administration and adoption
by the City Council and the Civil Service Commission.

APPENDIX F
ZxTORKING CONDITIONS FOR SENIOR ELECTRICAL INSPECTORS
AND ELECTRICAL INSPECTORS
As a result of the 1974 settlement, the Parties have established craft-
determined rates for Senior Electrical Inspectors and for Electrical In-
spectors, with the speci.fic understanding that such agreement is restricted
to establishing rates of pay for such classifications.
It is, consequently, agreed that the Employer in applying Part 3.
EMPLOYER RIGHTS - of the MAINTENANCE LABOR AGREEMENT,
shal.l have the right to operate the Department in the same manner as here-
tofore, with managernent rights unaffected, and that the establishment of
separate rates for these classifications as well as for Inspector classifica-
tions in other Bargaining Units, may not result in disputes over assignments
or over rates of pay for work performed, nor will any jurisdictional claims
or restrictions be asserted by the Union because xnembers of various
Inspector classifications are assigned to work which is also performed
by other Inspector classifications.

In Pull settlement of 1974 negotiations, the parties hereto have agreed as
follows:

entered into June 12, 19?5, ahall be the basis of the forthcoming
Labor Agreement.
2. Appendix C of said Agreement shall be replaced with Appendix C
which is attsched hereto and made a part hereof.
3. Appendix F is attached hereto and made part of said Agreement.
It is undea�stood that the above settlement shall be recominended by the City
