In f1i11 settlement oP lg'r4 negotiations, the parties hereto have agreed as follows: 1. Except as herein modified, the Agreement between the parties, entered into March 14, lgTS, shall be the basis of the forthcoming Lsbor Agreement. 2. Appendix C of seid Agreement shall be replaced with Appendix C Which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 3. Appendix F is attached hereto and made part of said Agreement. It is understood that the above settlement shall be recommended by the City Negatistor, but is subject to approval by the City Administration and adoption by the City Council and the Civil Service Commission. It is, consequently, agreed that the Employer in applying Part 3.
