RESOLVED� That the proposed agreement by and between the Metropolitan Waste
Control Commission and the City of Saint Paul acting by and through its Board of
Water Commissioners� and by and through its City Council� permitting the Agency to
enter upon Boardts property to install� maintain and carry out other necessary
operations in respect of the Agencies public sewer system and related work� approved
as to form by the City Attorney� City officers are hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of said Board of Water Commissioners� and the execution thereof
by said officers is hereby ratified.
