RESOLVED� that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to execute a Lease Agreement between the City and
Saint Paul Junior Chamber of Commerce for the use of
Mounds Park Elementary School for the period Oetober 24-31,
1975, on the terms and vonditions deseribed in the �orm of
lease attached hereto and made a part he reof by referenoe.

LEASE AGREEMENT �
THIS AGREEMENT, dated this day of October, 29']�, .
by and between the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MIN\TESOTA, hereinaf ter
referred to as "City, " and the SAINT PAUL JUNIOR CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE, hereinafter referred to as "Jaycees , "
WITNESSETH:
It is mutually agreed, by and between the City and Jaycees ,
as follows :
. 1. That the City does hereby lease to the Jaycees its
property known as Mounds Park Elementary School, 1000 Pacific
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the period of October 24,
1975 through Oetober 31, 1975, for a rental �ee of One Dollar
E�1. 00) .
2. That the Jaycees will indemnify and hold harmless the

City from any and all claims of whatever kind arising out of
its use of the City' s property during the aforesaid period,
and in order to give this indemnification full force and effect
agrees to obtain general public liability insurance in the
amount of One Million Dollars (�1, 000, 000) and prope rty damage
insurance in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars (�50,000)
with the City n.amed as a co-insured thereon.
3. That the Jaycees agree at all times during their
occupaney of the aforesaid �roperty that they shall be under

the supervision and control of the City' s Department of
Community Services.
