WHEREAS, The City Council of Saint Paul approved Ordina.nce No.
15881, August 29, 1975, establishing a new zoning code for the City
of Saint Paul to be effective October 24, 1975; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15881 states tha.t the City Council sha.11
establish by resolution all permits, fees, etc. , necessary to admin-
ister said zoning code; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the fee for petitions to rezone any property is
Fifty Dollars ($50.00) plus any and all actua.l costs and expenses
incurred by the City in prepa.ring or reviewing environmental docu-
ments required by Federal, state and local lawws or regulations, to
be deposited with the City Clerk.
