RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Otis Schultheis the sum of $294.75 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
January 11, 1975, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on March 13, 1975.
2. Mrs. Florence Meyer the sum of $110.60 in full settle-
ment of her claim of da,mages sustained on or about
April 30, 1975, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on May 22, 1975.

BY OTIS SCHULTHEIS AND MRS. FLORENCE MEYER
Claimant, Otis Schultheis, was involved in an automo�nile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public
Works vehicle on January 11, 1975. Expenses are for the
repair to this damaged vheicle. Liability is on the part
of the City. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Schultheis ' claim in the amount of $294.75.
Claimant, Mrs. Florence Meyer, was involved in an auto-
