RESOLVED, That pursuant to Sectic�n 231•OS of the Saint Paul Legislativ�
Code. (as amer�ded by Ordinance No. 14662, approved Decenber 1, 197�) Per-
taining to regulations for the adjusting of sewer service charges, and upon
the recomiaendation of the Depart�ent of Public Works and approval of tha
Bosrd of Water Co�aissio�ers, the Council of the City of Saint Paul do�s
hereby certify that because of partial diversio� of their total water
oa�sumption fro� the City of Saint Paul 's Sanitary Sar+er Syste�a, the belaa
listed firans have justifiable reason for appllcation of an adjwstment to
their sewer service charges as leviad: (in accordance with Resolutioo,
Coc�nci 1 Fi le No. 264754� apPro�d ���r 19, 197��
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a full or partial refwfd of paid sewer
service charges, based upon these sdjustments, shall be refunded from the
"Sawer Service Fund" and shall be iA the following aaaunts:
