PAUL ' � DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES ,�6s�8A ASSESSMENT DlVISION � 713 CITY HALL 5T.PAUL,MINNESOTA 55102 September 26, 1975 File 17778A, Page File 17778B, Page You are hereby notified that the Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public. hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Cou�t House at 10:00 a.m. oa October 14, 1975 at which the Citq of St. Paul proposes to assess the benefits arisiag from Demolition of Vacant Buildings in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 throngh 463.26; also Boarding-up of Vacant Buildings and Sumo�ary Abate�e�t of Nuisances, which work has already been completed. It is propos$d that each of the following lots or parcels be assessed as follows: Lot Block Addl�tio� Asaeasment Within twenty days after the order adopting the assessment, any person any app�al ta the District Court by filing a notice of appeal with the City Clerk stating the grounds upon which the appeal is taken. Such notice shall be filed with the Clerk of the Diatrict Court within tea c'ays sfter the filing �ith the Citp Clerk. (Charter Section 14.01.4) Failure to file the required noticea within timea specified shall forever prohibit aa appeal from the asseasment. You are invited to m�et �aith the technical advisors in �thQ City Council Chambera betWeen 9:30 aad 10:00 a.m. the same day as the hearing. For additional informatlQn, please call the Department of Co�unity Services at 298-4828. It is further recommended that you attend this public hearing to afford you the opportunitq to make your views both pro and con, knowci to the City Council. To comply with the City Charter, the Department of Finance and Maaagement Services is charged with informing you of this public hearing. THIS IS NUT A BILL.
