WHEREAS, The Counc�,l of the City of Saint Paul is
contemplating the issuance of general obligation bonds and
sale thereof on November 18, 1975, the said bond sale to be
held at the same time that the Port Authority of the City of
Saint Paul sells and issues its general obligation bonds;
and
WHEREAS, The Council has been advised that the Port
Authority has obtained the services of a bond consultant for
the purpose of advising the Port Authority in all fiscal
matters leading towards the sale of its bonds, and this Council
has determined that it is in the best interests of the City of
Saint Paul that the same fiscal consultant be retained by the
City for the City' s proposed bond issues on November 18, 1975;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby authorize and approve the retaining of services as fiscal
consultant for the proposed November 18, 1975, City of Saint Paul
bond issues, the firm of Peterson & Popovich, the cost of such
services defrayed from proceeds of bond issues.
