Mn/DOT has worked with all three affected Counties and 6 directiy affected Cities, inciuding Saint Paul, for over three years to develop a layout that meets the regional needs, while being sensitive and responsive to the needs of the municipalities. AWANTAGES IF APPROVED: The layout, as submitted, improves the safety and capacity of the regional system, greatiy improves the access to the regional system for the businesses and industries on Red Rock Road and improves the safety, while maintaining good access to the regional system for the businesses and residences that utilize Caver Avenue.
