THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT'Y' OF SAINT PAUL D4ES ORDAIN: Section l. � That Chapter 388A of the Saint Pau1 Legislative Code, entitled "Refunds" , b� and �.s hereby amended to read as follows: 388A. 01. General. The Director of the Depart- �nent of Finanee and Man�gement Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Director") is hereby authorized to issue refunds in amounts not to exceed $200. 00 of license fees, permit fees, assessments, fines, bail forfeitures a,nd other fees, upon presentation to Director of a Miscellaneous Claim form, duly authenticated by the department head approving such refund, and ac�ompani,ed by such supporting documents • as may be avai.lable, such refund in said limited a,mount to be made w�,thout further resolution or ordinance o� this Counc�,l. - 388A. 02. Departments o� ' the City of St. Paul. Special Refunds. Notwithstand- ing the provisions of 388A. 01, the Director is hereby authorized to issue refunds in amounts not to exceed $200. 00 of building permit fees under the jurisdiction of the Department of Community Services, upon presen- tation to said Director of a miscellaneous claim form duly authenticated by the depart- ment head approving such refund, and accompanied by such supporting documents as may be available such refund in such limited amqunt to be made without further resolution or ordinance of this Council. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force th�:rty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
