You are hereby notified that the Cauncil of the City of St. Paul will hold a public
hearing in the Councfl Chambera of the City Hall and Court House at 10:00 a.m. on
September 30, 1975 at which the City of St. Paul propoaea to assess the benefits ariaing
from Demolition of Vacant Buildtnga in accordance with Minnesat a Ststutes Sectione
463.15 through 463,26; also Boardiug-up of Vacant Buildings and Sununary Abatement of
Aluisances, which work has alread�r been coa�leted.
It is proposed that each of the following lots or parcels be aeaesaed as follows:
Lot Block Addition Asaessment
Within twenty daqs after the order adopting the assessment, any perso� may appeal to the
Diatrict Court by filing a notice of appeal with the City Clerk statfng the grounda upon
which the appeal is taken. Such notice ahall be filed with the Clerk of the DisCrict
Court within ten days after the filing with the City Clerk. (Charter Sectian 14.01.4)
Failure to file the required notices within times specified shall for�ever prohibit an
appeal from the assesament.
You are irivited to meet wfth the technical advisors ia the City Council Chambers between
9:30 and 10:00 a.m. the same day as the hearing. For additional informatian, please
call the Department of Community Services at 298-4828.
It is further reco�nended that you attend this public hearing to afford you the
opportunity to make your views, both pro and con, knawn to the City Council.
To camply with the City Charter, the Departraent of Finance and Management Services is
charged with informing you of this public hearing.
TAIS IS NOT A BILL. Formal billing can be expected approximately b0 days after the
appraval of this asaessinent by the City Council.
