I have prepared Council Resolution ratifying and approving the acquisition of this property for $325.00 and forward the resolution to you for submission to the City Council. The Valuation Engineer and the Department of Public Works have informed me that the City must have the right of entry on this property within the next thirty days in order to satisfy the State Highway Department requirements for the construction of this bridge with federal funds and, therefore, you are requested to process this resolution as expeditiously as possible.
