RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City, in a form to be approved by the
City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
� Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Patricia Kridler the sum of $65.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
Jan�ry 17, 1975, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on April 15, 1975.
2. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Schmidt the sum of $15.00 in
full settlement of their claim of damages sustained
on or about May 6, 1974, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
July l, 1975.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY PATRICIA KRIDLER AND MR. AND MRS.
ALFRED 5CHMIDT
C]a imant, Patricia Kridler, was involved in an automob ile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public
Works vehicle on Ja nuary 17, 1975. Liability is on the
part of the City. Expenses are for the repair of the
damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of ,
Ms. Kridler' s claim in the amount of $65.00.
Claimants, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Schmidt, request reimburse-
ment for a damaged sidewalk section. The sidewalk was
damaged when a City of Saint Paul tree trimming crew was
working in the area of the Schmidts' home. Liability is
on the part of the City. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. and Mrs. Schmidt' s claim in the amount of
$15.00.
