RESOLVED� that upon the execution of a Release
o� all claims �.n a form approved by the City Attorney,
the proper City officers �re hereby authorized and
directed to pay to Meta A, Mitchell and Andrew P.
Engebretson, attorney, th� sum of One Hundred Seventy-
eight ($178. 00) Dollars in full settlement of Meta A.
Mitchell' s claim for damages sustained as a result of
an accident that occurred on a public sidewalk along
Pascal Street on or about February 18, 1974, and as
more fully set out in the Notice of Claim presented to
the Council on February 27, 1974.
