' BLUE - MAYOR � i C ci es l t ' _ Presented By ` Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Council on July 22, 1975, adopted a resolution, Council File 4t265779, regarding City-wide Citizen Participation, an� WHEREAS, said resolution requested the Office of the Mayor to prepare a plan in each of the seventeen districts as designated in the Citizen Participation Forum Boundary Committee recommendation of April 9, 1�75, and, WHEREAS, it has come to our attention that concensus has been reaclitd amqng affected community groups on two of the disputed boundaries, and WHEREAS, it is desirable to change these boundaries so as to expedite an orderly planning process, and WHEREAS, it is desirable to bring nhese boundaries into conformance with the agreement which has been reached among the community groups, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, tha.t s the bvi�ndary between district 6 and 10 shall be changed by deleting fr distrf�t 10 and adding to district 6 the area bounded by Dale Street on the Earst, the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks on the South, Lexington Parlc�tay on the West, and M:ryland Avenue and Como Lake Shore Drive on the North.
