S BE IT ENACTED HY THE LEGISLAfiURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTAi
6 S�ction 1. An emploYee of the St. Paul bureau o� -
7 health xho �as employed by the bureau durinq the period trom
8 January 15, 1945 throuqh September 15r 1947 and who has made
9 the employee contributions required by the retirement
10 Proqram then in eftect shall� notwithstandinq the service
11 dates specified in Laws 19b9, Chapter 1102, Section 3� be
12 entitled to ailowable service czedit in the public employees
13 retirement association �for that period and the city o! St.
14 Paul may pay the public employees retirement associa'tion any
15 amount reQuired to be rer,�ltt�d to fihe association for •
16 service ot such employee durin9 the period from JanuarY 15r
17 1945 through September 15, 1947 . This amount shall not
18 exceed 83i100� and may be transmitted trom available funds .
19 Sec, 2. This act is efgective upon approval bY the
20 clty council ot st. Paui, and upon eompliance rrith Minnesota
21 Statutea, Section 645.021.
