WHEREAS, An Ordina.nce, Council File No. 265786, granting
permission to Richard G. Werner to construct his property at 830
Cha.rlton Street, West Saint Paul, Minnesota, with the existing
sewer of the City of Saint Paul located in Cha.rlton Street, has
been prepared and introduced to the Council of the City of Saint
Paul on July 25, 1975, and will be adopted on August 14, 1975, to
be effective eventually thirty days after publication of the said
Ordina.nce; and
WHEREAS, The City Ma.na.ger of West Saint Paul, by letter dated
July 21, 1975, ha.s notified this Council tha.t the City of West
Saint Paul ha.s obtained a court order compelling Richa.rd G. Werner
to connect his property to the sanitary sewer system in Cha.rlton
Street no later than August 7, 1975, and Mr. Werner's contractor
is ready to proceed, and this Council is asked to expedite the
granting of a permit to Mr. Werner; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t pending the said Ordina,nce becoming effective,
the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed
to issue a permit to Richard G. Werner ta-ca��nect his property
at 830 Charlton Street to the existing sewer in Charlton Street,
subject to the same terms and conditions and requirements as set
out in the said Ordina.nce, Council File No. 265786, which is now
pendi�.g before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, and fina.l
approval of the issua.nce of the sewer connection permit is hereby
given in anticipa.tion of the fina.l adoption and approval of said
Ordinance.
