RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
1. Pat St. Dennis the sum of $30.00 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about January 31,
1975, as more particularly set out in a communication
to the City Council on March 27, 1975.
2. Ha,rry Holstrom the sum of $78.28 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or ab aut
November 15, 1974, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on December 12, 1974.
3. Robert C. Wallace and Cheryl Wallace the sum of
$421.67 in full settlement of their claim of damages
sustained on or about February 12, 1975, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on April 15, 1975.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY PAT ST. DENNIS, HARRY HOLMSTROM,
AND ROBERT C. WALLACE AND CHERYL WAL CE
Claimant, Pat St. Dennis, requests reimbursement for
medical bills incurred as a result of a sidewalk falldown
at 9th and Wabasha Streets in the City of Saint Paul
on January 31, 1975. Liability is on the gart of the
City of Saint Paul. This office approves the settlement
of Mr. St. Dennis' claim in the amount of $30.00.
Claimant, Harry Holstrom, requests reimbursement for
damage to his chair caused by a police officer during
an investigation at 1319 Bush Avenue. Liability is on
the part of the City. This office approves settlement
of Mr. Holstrom' s claim in the amount of $78.28.
Claimant, Cheryl Wallace, was involved in a motor vehicle
accident with a City of Saint Paul Public Works vehicle
on February 12, 1975. Liability is on the part of the
City. This office approves the settlement of the Wallaces'
cla,im in the amount of $421.67.
