This property is further described by the �egal description on file. This matter was heard by the Board of ',Zoning on April 3, 1975. Staff recommended approval of the permit corltingent upon the plans meeting design standards. A letter was read from the West Seven�,h Street Association in which they urged the Board to recommend apprloval of the permit so the project could move forward as quickly as possi�le. PRESENT: Mme. Showalter, Messrs. Willits, Bryan and Rupp of the Board; Mr. Iannacone, Assistant City Attorney; Mr. McGuire and Mrs. Beseman of the Planning De�artment Staff. LITTLE SISTERS OF THE POOR (7762) : �1n application for a permit to install a 34-car parking lot on prop�rty located on the southeast corner of Exchange and relocated Elm. ' Mr. McGuire showed slides of the sit and gave the staff report. The Sewer Engineer reported that the sit plan must be completely dimensioned and show the type of curbing and loc tion of pedestrian ram.ps. The planting on the southwest eorner of xchange and Elm must be carefully designed for site distance purposes. The parking lot must be constructed according to City specifications and wherever necessary, coordinated with the Department of Public Works. fi He said revised plans were requested on April 1, 1975, and as yet have no been reseived. Contingent upon the plans meeting design standards, �taff�s recommendation was for approval of the permit. i Daniel Fourre, architect representin � the Little Sisters of the Poor, said he had nothing to add at this time. They saw no difficulty in meeting all the requirements, and the revise plans were forthcoming. Mrs. Showalter read a letter from th West Seventh Street Association in which they urged the Board to recomm nd approval of the permit, so the project could move forward as quickl as possible.
