RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Kenneth E. Byh the sum of $21.00 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about Rpril 5,
1975, as more particularly set out in a communica-
tion to the City Council on Ma.y 13, 1975.
2. Robert T. Knotz the sum of $149.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
January 28, 1975, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on April 22, 1975.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY KENNETH E. BYH AND ROBERT T. KNOTZ
Claimant, Kenneth E. Byh, requests reimbursement for
towing charges when his vehicle was towed by mistake
from in front of 1748 Blair. Liability is on the
part of the City. This office approves the settlement
of Mr. Byh' s claim in the amount of $21.00
Claimant, Robert T. Knotz, was involved in ar� auto
accident with a Department of Public Works vehicle
on January 28, 1975. Liability is on the part of the
City. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vheicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Knotz' s claim in the amount of $149.00.
