WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways for the State of Mi�nesota has caused to be prepared:
plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of T.N. #108, 392, renumbered
as T.H. #61 , 94, within the corporate limits o# the City of St. Paul , from E. 7th St. to
Kennard St.; and
WHEREAS� said plans are on file in ths Office of the Oepartmsnt of Highways, St. Paul ,
Minnesota; being marked, labeled and identified as: S.P. 6221-27 (61=108) S.P. 6283-9$
(9�392); and,
WHEREAS, said spectal provisions are on file in th� Office of the [�epartment of Highways,
St. Paul , Minnesota; boi�g marked, labe�ied and identifie,d as: S.P. 6221-27 (61=108)
S.P. 6283-9$ (9�392) � a�d which, together with, the Min�esota pepartmer►t of.Highways Standa�d
Specifications for Highway Construction, d�ted January 1 , 1972, as �ndsd by Minnesota
Dapartment of Highways Suppi�nental Specifications for, Highway Cor�struction, detmd January 1 ,
1974, will govern, and whlch are on file in the office of the Commjssionar of Highways,
constitute the specifications for said improvan�nt ot T.N. #108, 392, r�urabered as T.H. #61 ,
94; and,
WHER�AS, copi�s of said plans a�d special provisicros as so marked, lab�led a�d ial��tifiad are
also on file in the Office of tha Qiractor of Public Works; and,
WHEREAS� the term, said plans and spectai provisions as hereinaftet �ased in the body of this
Rasoiutlon will be d�med and intendmd .to mman� r�f�r to and in�pr�oratm the pians and :
sp�cial provisions in the foregoi�g rocitais particularly identified artd describad; a�nd,
WHERFAS, the Comnjssione� of Highways deslres in the interest of public safety that any and
ail parking of vshicies, tf such parking is permitted withi�n the corporate limits of the
City of St. Paui , on said T.H. #108, 3g2, renumbered as T.H. #61 , 9�+, will b� parall�l with
tha curb adjacent to tha highway and will be at least 20 feet from any crosswalk.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improve�nent of
T.H. #108, �2, renu+nb�red as T.H. #61 . 94, within the corporate limits of the City of
St. Paul , be and he�eby are approved.

of all vehicles, if wch parking is permittmd within thm corporate limits of said City, on
ssid T.H. #108, 392, renumbermd T.H. #61 , 94, will be parallel with tha curb ad,jacent to
the highway, and at least 20 femt fraa any crosswalks on atl public straots i�tersecting
said trunk highway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO that thm �levations a�nd grades as shown in said plans and spacial
provisions are hereby approv�d and consent is h�reby given to �y and all changes i� grade
xcasioned by the construction of T.M. #i08, 392, r�urabered T.H. #61 , 94, in accordance
with said pians and sp�ciai provisions.
