COORDINATOR
June 16 1975
Council President David H. Hozza
and Members of the City Council
Dear Sir and Members:
T+Then the City Council approved Saint Paul's first community
deveiopment application on February 20, 1975, the Council
stipulated that all groposed expenditures of money from
continoency funds be submitted for approval.
The Rodent Control Program in the arsount of $50,000 was placed
• in the earmarked contingency at that time, inasmuch as all
of the details of the program had not been worked out. The
Counity Services Department is now prepared to proceed with
this city-wide program. The required HUD environmental review
process has been cocnpleted and HUD has released these fmds
as of June 6, 1975.
. We w-ould, therefore, like to ask that the City Council remove
' the Rodent Control Program from the earmarked contingency so
that we may proceed with this project. Representatives of this
office and the Community Services Department will be happy to
provide you with any additional information which you may require.
Sincerely yours, '
