ment, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with the benefits conferred thereon; that the said
assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached, identified by the signature of the said Director, and made a part
hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action
thereon as may be considered proper.

You are hereby notified that the Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public
hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall End Court House at 10:00 a.m, on
June 17, 1975 at which the City of St. Paul proposes to assess the benefits arising
from Demolition of Vacant Buildinga in accordence with Minnesota Statutes Section
463.15 through 463.26; also Boarding-Up of Vacant Bufldings and Summary Abatement of
Nuisances, which vork has already been completed.
It is praposed that each of the following lots or parcels be assessed as follows:
Lot Block Addition Assessment
Within twenty days after the order adogting the assessment, any person may appeal to
the District Court by filing a notiee of appeal with the City Clerk stating the grounds
upon which the appeal is teken. Such notice shall be filed with the Clerk of the
District Court within ten days after the filing with the City Clerk. (Charter Section
14.01.4) Failure to file the required notices with times specified shall forever prohibit
an appeal from the assessment.
You are iavited to meet with the technical advisors in the City Council Chambers
between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m, the same day as the hearing. For additional inform�tion,
please call the Departmert of Counnunity Services at 298-4828.
It is further recommended that you attend this public hearing to afford you the
opportunity to make your views, both pro and con, knowa to the City Council.
To comply with the City Chartez, the Department of Finance and Maaagement Services
is charged with informing you of this public hearing.
THIS IS NOT A BILL, Formal hilling can be expected approximately 60 days after the
approval of this assessment by the City Council.
