On February 9, 1996, Grady Williams was an unrestrained passenger in the back seat of a City of Saint Paul Police car and was
being transported to headquarters. The police squad car hit a utility pole while backing up, and Mr. Williams sustained injury. A
bodily injury settlement has been reached for 510,000.00 and a signed and notarized release of all claims has been obtained.
