The Coun cil of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain: Section 1 That the second sentence of Section 55. 02 (a) of the St. Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended by �triking the words "five dollars ($5. 00)" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "ten dollars ($10 . 00)". Section 2 This ordinance shall take effect and bE in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication. BOARD ACTION: Mr. Glassman moved that the filing fee for an appeal be increased from $5 to $10 . Mr. Tieso seconded. MOTION GARRIED AND SO ORDERED. THE VOTE : Ayes - 5 .
