WHEREAS, Pursuant to Chapter 728, La.ws of Minnesota for 1963,
and in accordance with the bylaws adopted pursuant thereto, the
Ma.yor of the City of Saint Paul has submitted for City Council
approval the following individua.ls to be appointed by the Ma.yor
to the Ramsey County League of Local Governments for an indefinite
term: Elected Officials: John Christensen and David Hozza; and
Appointed Official: Thomas J. Kelley, City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, The bylaws of the Ra.msey County League of Local
Governments provide that the appointments sh,�.11 be ma.de by the
member municipalities in accordance with the local requirements for
committee appointments; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the said appointments ma.de by the Mayor and
as submitted to the City Council be and are hergby concurred in
and in all respects approved and ratified,_ the said appointments
to be effective upon pa.ssage, approval and publi:cation of this
resolution, and the City Clerk �;,� directed to transmit a copy of
this resolution to the Ramsey�Cs�ty League of Local Governments.

To the Honorable Members of the City Council:
I am hereby transmitting for your consideration and
action several appointments to the Ramsey County League
of Local Governments, as set forth in the charter of the
organization.
As you may know, the City' s present representative to
the League, Frederick J. Fischer, has recently sub-
mitted his resignation, and it is necessary to appoint
the required replacements.
