Kelley, City Administrator; and WHEREAS, The bylaws of the Ra.msey County League of Local Governments provide that the appointments sh,�.11 be ma.de by the member municipalities in accordance with the local requirements for committee appointments; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, Tha.t the said appointments ma.de by the Mayor and as submitted to the City Council be and are hergby concurred in and in all respects approved and ratified,_ the said appointments to be effective upon pa.ssage, approval and publi:cation of this resolution, and the City Clerk �;,� directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey�Cs�ty League of Local Governments. �.: ,.
