01-84Council File # o�- 8'�l RESOLUTION OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA Presented by_ Referred To Green Sheet # lo(�a �` Committee Date 1 WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of amending Council File # O1-12, originally adopted on January 3, 2001 2 to give the interested parties additional time to obtain fitle to the property located at 783 Fuller Avenue in St. Paui; 3 WHEREAS, the City Council seeks to amend the Resolution based upon the interested parties' representafion that 4 once title is obtained, they aze willing to post a performance bond, obtain a code compliance inspection, and pull 5 pernuts to make repairs to the building; now therefore 6 BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hezeby amends Council File #O1-12 as follows: 7 1. 8 9 10 2. I1 12 3. That line 44 of page one of Council File #O 1-12 be amended to read, removal of the structure must be completed within �tfteezr{�Sj 30 davs after the date of the Council Hearing on January 24, 2001. That line 42 of page two of Council File #O1-12 be amended to read, removal of the siructure must be completed within �ieerr�5j 30 davs after the date of the Council Hearing on January 24, 2001. That all other parts of Council File #O1-12 remain in effect.
