Boyer for a permit to operate a used car lot on property located on the north side of East Seventh between Arcade and Mendota. This property is further described as follows: That part of Lot 4 lying easterly of a line drawn from the SE corner of Lot 16, Block 3, Hills Addition, to a point on the S line of said Lot 4, 16' from the SW corner of Lot 4, Block 112, Johnston's Sub. of Block 112, Lyman Dayton�s Addition. This matter was first hea.rd by the Board of Zoning on July 18, 1974, at which time the matter was laid over to the next meeting. It was again heard by the Board on August 1, 1974. Staff recommended approval of the permit subject to the petitioner meeting the require- ments of the Police Department and the Traffic Engineer. A motion was ma.de and seconded to recommend approval of the permit with the stipulation that sidewalk and curbing be put in within nine months from August lst, 1974. The motion carried unanimously. Plans received March 7, 1975, meet design standards.
