ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
RESOLVED FURTHER,That the said assessment be and it is hereby determined to be payable in �
equal installments.

Said Director further reports that he has assessed and levied the total amount as above ascertained, to-wit: the sum
of $ 1,044_55 upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed benefited by the said improve-
ment, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with the benefits conferred thereon; that the said
assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached, identified by the signature of the said Director, and made a part
hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action
thereon as may be considered proper.

, You are hereby notified that the Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a
public hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House at
10:00 a.m. on April 29, 1975 at which the City of St. Paul proposes to assess
the benefits arising from Demolitian of Vacant Building in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 through 463.26; also Boarding-up of Vacant
Buildings and Summary Abatement of Nuisances, which work has already been
completed. -
It is proposed that each of the following lots or parcels be assessed as follows:

Within twenty days after the order adopting the assessment, any person may appeal
to the District Court by filing a notice of appeal with the City Clerk stating the
grounds upon which the appeal is taken. Such notice shall be filed with the Clerk
of the District Court within ten days after the filing with the City Clerk. (Charter
Section 14.01.4) Failure to file the required notices within times specified
shall forever prohibit an appeal from the assessment.
You are invited to meet with the technical advisors in the City Council Chambers
between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. the same day as the hearing. For additional information,
please call the Department of Community Services at 298-4828.
It is further recommended that you attend this public hearing to afford you the
opportunity to make your views, both pro and con, known to the City Council.
To comply with the City Charter, the Department of Finance is charged with informing
you of this public hearing.
THIS IS N� A BILL. Formal billing can be expected approximately 60 days after
approval of this assessment by the City Council.
