RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
� release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. First Trust Co. of St. Paul as guardian for
Clarence E. Carlson the sum of $92.91 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on or
about January 30, 1975, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
February 25, 1975.
2. James L. Anderson the sum of $92.73 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
January 14, 1975, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on February 11,
1975.

BY FIRST TRUST CO. OF ST. PAUL AS
GUARDIAN FOR CLARENCE E. CARLSON,
AND JAMES L. ANDERSON
Claimant, First Trust Co. of St. Paul, requests to be
reimbursed for damages to Mr. Carlson' s car as a result
of an accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department
of Public Works vehicle on January 30, 1975. The
Carlson vehicle was being driven by Mrs. Eickhoff with
the permission of Mr. Carlson. Expenses are for the
repair of the damaged vehicle. Liability is on the
part of the City. This office approves the settlement
of the First Trust Co. of St. Paul' s claim in the
amount of $92.91.
Claimant, James L. Anderson, was involved in an accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community
Services, Division of Public Health vehicle on January 14,
1975. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle.
Liability is on the part of the City. This office approves
th e settlement of Mr. Anderson' s claim in the amount of
$92.73.
