BLUE - MAYOR � � � Co ' Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve Amendment to Paying Agency Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and The First National Bank of Saint Paul, amending the existing Paying Agency Agreement between the parties, �ated October 24, 1974, pertaining to the City of Saint Paul's Downtown Development District No. 1 Bonds, Series 1974, dated October 1, 1974, and providing that the fees to be paid by the City to the Bank for its services shall be subject to a periodic review and adjustment every five years in accordance with the terms of the Amendment to Agreement; and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute the Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
