MEMORANDUM OF UNLIERSTANIDIPIG
This Memorandum of Understandin� shall apply
to the employees of the City of Saint Paul
employed in the title of Stage Technician
The employee employed in the aforementioned title shall receive the follo�rl.ng
salary and fringe improvements for the year 1975:
l. A salary increase of 10'�, (Ten percent).
2. Provide paid life insurance of $5,000 (same as for active employees�
for those �vho retire prior to age 65, to be continued to age 65.
3. Modify the vacation carry over policy, to a11oW an employee to -
carry over into the following year up to eighty hours of vacation
with the approval of the department head. (Replaces present forty
hour maximum.)
