Final Plat Approval for Riverview Of�ce Addition
WFIEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Pau1 has submitted for City Council
approval the attached final plat for subdivision of property in the azea bounded by Robert Street, Fairfield Avenue,
Livingston Avenue and the Mississippi River; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the plat and found, subject to the recommended
conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 67 of tlte Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing before the Ciry Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the
City and notices were mailed to each owner of affected property including all property situated within 350 feet of the
subject propefty; and
WHEREAS, the Ciry Council held a public hearing on the proposed plat on February 7, 2001, where all interested
parties were given the opporiunity to be heazd and the Council considered all the facts and recommendations
concerning the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached final plat for
Riverview Office Addition in the azea bounded by Robert Street, F�eld Avenue, Livingston Avenue and the
Mississippi River subject to the condition that the applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the
plat with the Ramsey County Rewrder's Office.

Final Plat Approval for Riverview Of�ce Addition
WFIEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Pau1 has submitted for City Council
approval the attached final plat for subdivision of property in the azea bounded by Robert Street, Fairfield Avenue,
Livingston Avenue and the Mississippi River; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the plat and found, subject to the recommended
conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 67 of tlte Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing before the Ciry Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the
City and notices were mailed to each owner of affected property including all property situated within 350 feet of the
subject propefty; and
WHEREAS, the Ciry Council held a public hearing on the proposed plat on February 7, 2001, where all interested
parties were given the opporiunity to be heazd and the Council considered all the facts and recommendations
concerning the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached final plat for
Riverview Office Addition in the azea bounded by Robert Street, F�eld Avenue, Livingston Avenue and the
Mississippi River subject to the condition that the applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the
plat with the Ramsey County Rewrder's Office.
