release utility easement rights in the above mentioned vacated right of way so as to develop the azea
unencumbered, so
THEREFORE BE RESOLVED, that with the accompanying Utility Easement Certificate of
Tntended Non-L3se, filed voluntazily on behalf of 5aint Paul Regional Water Services made a part hereof
by this reference and filed in the office of the City Clerk of Saint Paul, the City, for itself and on behalf
of these corporations and deparUnents, waives the right to the above mentioned utility easement rights in
