WHEREAS, The Council, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12. 09 of the Saint Paul City Charter and the Public Employees Labor Relations _ Act of 1971, as amended, recognizes the Minnesota. Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees Union Local No. 320 as exclusive representative for those classes of positions within the City of 5aint Paul certified by the Bureau of Mediation Services under Case No. 74-PR_196-A for the purpose of ineeting and negotiati.ng the terms and conditions of employment for all personnel in the classes of positions as set forth in the Settlement between the City of St. Paul and the exclusive representatives hereinabove referenced; and WHEREAS, The City through designated representatives and the exclusive representatives have met i.n good faith and have negotiated the terms and conditions of employment for the period January 1, 1975, through December 31, 1975, for such personnel, as are set forth in the Memorandum of Agree- ment between the City of Sai.nt Paul and exclusive representatives; now, therefore THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOE5 ORD.AIN: Section 1. That all of the terms and conditions set forth in said Memorandum of Agreement shall take force and effect retroactively to January 4, 1975, except as otherwise provided in said Agreement, i.n accordance with the expressed intent and agreement of the Council contained in Council File No. 264748. Section 3. That any other Ordinance, rule or regulation in force when said Agreement takes effect, inconsistent with any provision of the terms and conditions of said Agreement is hereby repealed. 5ection 4, That this Ordinance s�iall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and publication.
