A copy of this Indenture is enclosed. In the Report of Examiner, dated December 31,1974, the deputy examiner has concluded that the description used in the February 26 , 1963 Indenture �aas "indefinite" . See Paragraphs 4 (a) and (d) of the enclosed Report. The inference is that a new deed, utilizing the revised description which the deputy examiner has heretofore approved for our registration proceedings, be given by the City of St. Paul to our clients. I therefore request your cooperation in obtaining for us such new deed. Please advise if you have any further questions, so that this matter may be expeditiously completed.
