This property is further described by the legal description on file. This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning on November 7, 1974. Staff explained the changes which were requested on the site plan, and said that a small portion of the lot is located on Hersey Street, which was not vacated. Letters were read from the South St. Anthony Park Associ- ation and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority stating they have no objections to the plans. Revised plans received November 13, 1974, meet design standards. Staff recommended approval of the permit contin- gent upon the vacation of Hersey Street.
