WHEREAS, Mrs. Agnes Nestaval at 1135 Charles Avenue, St. Paul ,
Minnesota, 55104, parcel code 10-68000-220-04 was assessed and paid
a Delinquent Refuse Charge in 1974 in the amount of $67.50 and
WHEREAS, it was determined that the wrong parcel code was
assessed, be it
RESOLVED, that Mrs. Nestaval be refunded $67.50 from the
Solid Waste Collection Fund.
